Rule 36
Power To Change Trekking Area
In a case where it is not possible to trek in the area for which trekking permit has already been obtained, owing to a natural calamity or a circumstance beyond control, and an application, accompanied by adequate reasons, is made, the Director General may change the trekking permit to another area carrying the same fees on the condition that it has to be used within the same financial year.
